To make: as any single Weaver (ii.3.)
but after having made a single weaver
take that part of the bull loop which
is nearest the lion loop & inside the
other, round both parts of the lion loop
& again under the outside part of the
bull loop.

Uses: ^It is not likely to jam as, & is
Supposed to be securer than an
ordinary sheet bend or weaver, but
this is doubtful. For bending small cord
&c. [etc?] by a bull loop with an extra turn,
to large rope. (W.R. 380.i.) For attachments
to loops on fishing lines (Sea Fishing: J. Bickerdyke:
Bad. Libry. p 67.)
