*This knot is really a threefold strand plait
like the Single Wall & Single Crown (p141.) Com-
parison of the figures 4, p141 &2. p201 shows
that the superimposition of the strands is, different
an apparant difference,which vanishes if

especially as it injures the rope however cleverly done. it is better
to use a Turk's Head (p 200)
