This may be taken across the palm over the
Outstretched thumb & little finger of

Chair Knot (Fireman’s)
Make double
Bow (Tom Fool’s)
By knotting 2 bights
Make ½ hitches
Round bights by
twisting up the
rope & [???]
along. (No need
to have access to ends
at either stage.)
Tighten & use to
lower unconscious
man.
